Cancellation Policy

Respecting your time and the needs of our clinic and other patients is of utmost importance. Our cancellation policy ensures that we can efficiently manage our schedule and provide timely care to all our clients. Knowing and adhering to this policy helps us maintain a smooth flow of appointments, allowing us to accommodate everyone's needs effectively. Dear Clients of AQ,

To help us be the best Chiropractor center that we can be for you all, as of September 1st 2023 we will have new systems regarding changing appointments, canceling appointments and no-shows.
 

Changing appointments:

As of September 1st, if you change 2 appointments in a row within 12 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the second appointment.
 

Canceling/No show appointments:

As of September 1st, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged.
